Clauder Limiter is a monitoring and analytics platform that helps you track and manage your Anthropic Claude API usage. The Service provides:

• Predictive analytics for usage patterns
• Alert notifications for usage thresholds
• Historical usage data and reporting
• Integration with third-party services (Slack, Discord, webhooks)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase if you're unsatisfied with the Service.
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clauder Limiter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service

We do not guarantee the accuracy of usage predictions or estimates. Actual API costs are determined by Anthropic and may differ from our predictions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDER LIMITER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
